Please join us in congratulating Winston Hughes, awarded the 2023-2024 Youth of the Year Award with the Exchange Club of Springfield, Ohio!
This past Tuesday, Winston, a Senior at Emmanuel, was awarded the 2023-2024 Youth of the Year and received a $1,000 scholarship to the college of his choice. His essay will be entered into the Ohio-West Virginia District Exchange Club’s Youth of the Year contest for an opportunity to win an additional $1,000 college scholarship.
